Korean ginseng ( Panax ginseng CA Meyer) is an herb that can contribute to sexual health . Hairy yam ( Dioscorea villosa ), commonly called wild yam, can provide natural support for a woman's body during menstruation. Saw Palmetto ( Serenoa repens (W. Bartram) Small), also known as Saw Palmetto , can naturally support reproductive functions . This action is complemented by zinc, which also helps to maintain adequate fertility . Chromium, on the other hand, helps maintain proper macronutrient metabolism while helping to maintain proper blood levels.
