Mode of use

• The temperature measured on the forehead differs slightly from the temperature in the armpit or mouth (usually 0.1 degrees lower).
• All symbols will appear on the display for two seconds.
• The device will display the last temperature measured for three seconds.
• Then the temperature indicator goes out. You can see the forehead symbol on the display. The device is ready for measurement as soon as the "°C" symbol flashes.
• Place the thermometer according to the chosen measure.
• Press the button to start the measurement.
• Take the temperature in the anus, mouth or armpit. For an accurate underarm measurement, we recommend taking the temperature for 5 minutes.
• The result is displayed for five seconds and then the display shows a flashing "°C" symbol.

How to measure the rectal temperature correctly?

There is no average "normal" temperature because every part of the human body has a different temperature. The highest temperature is the so-called body core (ie the temperature inside the body), which varies between 37-38 ºC.
