Gel dressing, hydrocellular, transparent, made of absorbent polyurethane polymers, boxed with a semi-permeable polyurethane film, but impermeable to germs and water.
It is especially suitable for the treatment of chronic wounds with poor healing tendency as well as in the case of heavy, long formation of granulation tissue, such as: Ulcus cruris, decubitus, for the treatment of 2nd degree burns and for the stimulation of re-epithelialization after skin transplants , preceded by adequate hemostasis.
