Doses and methods of administration:
1 capsule 2 times a day, with a large glass of water.
2 capsules contain: 10 mg of Silicon (ch-OSA®: orthosilicic acid stabilized on choline); 200 mg Choline (ch-OSA®: orthosilicic acid stabilized on choline), 60 mg Vitamin C.

Ingredients:
bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ch-OSA® choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid (choline chloride, with 75% choline; purified water, silicon); capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin C / ascorbic acid.
