Isomaltulose Palatinose TM is a natural substance, a slowly digestible carbohydrate with a low glycemic index, it is metabolized more slowly than other sugars, without a significant increase in glucose levels like sucrose or glucose, but over a longer period of time.

The Na+ (sodium) and K+ (potassium) ions present replenish minerals lost in sweat during intense exercise. Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL is enriched with vitamin E , which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress , which is particularly dangerous during extreme physical exertion.

Dosage

Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL should be taken 5-10 minutes before training to replenish glycogen stores, every 30 minutes during exercise and immediately after exercise to reduce recovery time.
