Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), called ubiquinone, is an organic chemical compound from the quinone group, found in the mitochondria of plant and animal cells. This compound is fat-soluble, which is why the GAL ® preparation uses a capsule filled with cold-pressed linseed oil. This allows for increased absorption of the active ingredient after oral use of the preparation.
Flaxseed oil ( Linum usitatissimum ) is an excellent source of omega-3 and omega-6 essential unsaturated fatty acids (EFAs). Each GAL® Coenzyme Q10 capsule contains up to 248.5 mg of omega-3 acids.
Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to use 1 capsule with coenzyme Q10 per day. The pack contains 60 flexible capsules that will provide two months of CoQ10 supplementation with added omega-3 flaxseed oil.
