Collagen Shake with rooibos, 300 g, Obio
Collagen is also called the protein of youth. Enjoy a healthy drink with collagen, rich in proteins, with the taste of rooibos tea, without added sugar. If you want a sweeter taste, you can add honey or another natural sweetener. Or you can spice up the shake according to your preferences, for example with a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, etc.
Method of preparation:
mix 2-3 spoons of the product (approx. 30g) with 250 ml of hot water or milk (90 ° - 95 ° C).
