Excilor Forte for fungal nail infection, 30 ml, Magna Pharm

Properties:
- the most important component of fingernails and toenails is keratin; a hard, dense substance that most antifungal preparations cannot penetrate;
- in most cases, fungi grow under the nail, which makes them difficult to treat;
- controls the microenvironment of the nail by acidifying the nail bed;
- contains acidic substances that are able to penetrate the nail and allow treatment from the inside out;
- it usually takes several months for an affected nail to look completely healthy again;
- on average, a toenail grows by 1.5 mm in a month. Excilor® FORTE immediately lowers the pH of the nail, creating a hostile environment for the development of fungi;
- however, the damaged nail needs time to grow.

Way of ussage:
Excilor® FORTE should be applied once a day, preferably after showering. Before application, clean the nail and remove any old layer of nail polish. Shake the bottle well before use. Next, use the brush to cover the entire surface of the nail. Make sure to apply a sufficient layer of Excilor® FORTE. The vial may contain clumps of dry film residue. Wipe off any clumps of dry film from the brush. This is normal and is caused by drying due to contact with air. It has no influence on the performance or quality of the product. Allow the nail to dry. This takes between 3 and 5 minutes. The product is white when applied, but as it dries it becomes transparent and you will notice an elastic layer that will reduce over time. For optimal effect it is recommended to wait up to 5 minutes before putting on socks and/or shoes. After application, it is normal to feel a tingling sensation under the nail and this shows that the product is penetrating the nail.

Ingredients:
Water, polyurethane, peppermint oil, acetic acid, sorbitan sesquioleate, hexanediol, octanediol, benzyl alcohol, octyl gallate, ethoxylated and acetylated lanolin alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, xanthan gum, dehydroacetic acid, ethylhexylglycerin, biotin.

Precautions:
For external use only. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients.
Apply only to the nail, avoid contact with the surrounding skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
If the product comes into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water.
No clinical data are available on the use of the product by children or by pregnant or lactating women.
Diabetics with foot problems should consult their doctor when starting to use Excilor® FORTE.
Do not use the product after the expiry date.
