Horsetail for skin, hair and nails
The effect of horsetail (Equisetum arvense) in the diet is primarily related to its high silicon content. This element has remineralizing properties, affecting, among others: the condition of the skin, hair, nails, bones and by strengthening and elasticizing blood vessels1.
The common nettle (Urtica dioica) is a synanthropic plant, meaning it is found in the human environment. Its characteristic feature is the hairs on the leaves and stem, which are filled with formic acid, which is why when we touch it, we feel skin irritation, which is commonly described as "burning". The substances contained in common nettle influence the health of the skin and support the general vitality of the body2.

Ingredients : horsetail plant extract (Equisetum arvense) standardized to contain min. 7% silicon dioxide, nettle extract (Urtica dioica) 20:1. Capsule composition: vegetable (vegetarian) cellulose.
Daily serving: 1 capsule once a day. Swallow and drink plenty of water after meals.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. People taking medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
Information about allergies: Does not contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, soy, dairy ingredients, celery, mustard, sesame.
