The Effecol Fiber Epsilon Health medical device has a high water absorption capacity, like a sponge, helping to reduce the symptoms of irritable bowel. In case of constipation, the substance releases water in the feces, increasing the volume and decreasing their hardness. In case of diarrhea, the substance continues to absorb water from the colon, helping to consolidate the feces. The prebiotic effect of the substance also helps to restore the normal intestinal flora. The addition of simethicone helps the absorption of intestinal gases and reduces abdominal pain.

Action:
The medical device contains partially hydrolyzed guar gum and simethicone, which act synergistically in the treatment of symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Guar gum absorbs a large amount of water in the intraluminal space, leading to an increase in the volume of feces and implicitly to an increase in their mass. At the same time, fibers are useful for reducing the severity and frequency of diarrheal stools, due to their ability to absorb and neutralize exogenous and endogenous toxins. Guar gum also regulates bowel functions, increases stool hydration, lubricates and aids defecation.
In addition, it absorbs toxic substances, such as excess bile acid, promoting their elimination. Simethicone has a strong surfactant effect that prevents flatulence and excess intestinal gas. Moreover, simethicone drains the foam that usually accumulates in case of stomach dyspepsia.

Composition:
Each sachet contains:
Liquid fibers and simethicone
Excipients: Water, vegetable glycerin, sucralose, citric acid, pear flavor, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, polysorbate 80, sucrose esters.

Administration method:
Administer 1 sachet per day. It is possible to increase the dose up to 2 sachets per day. The product will be diluted in water or other drinks (juice, yogurt). Do not administer directly from the sachet.
The recommended duration of treatment is four weeks (28 days). If after this period there is no significant improvement in symptoms, consult your doctor.

Contraindications:
The use of the device is contraindicated in case of hiatal hernia, esophageal constriction or intestinal obstruction. Before a planned operation, it is recommended to stop the treatment for at least 2 weeks. The product may affect the action of certain reagents used in establishing the diagnosis, such as guaiac gum. Do not administer in case of known hypersensitivity to the product, to one of the components, to simethicone or to guar gum.
