Doctor Life Special C contains vitamin C buffered as calcium ascorbate, which is a non-acid form of vitamin C and is therefore more bioavailable. The preparation contains ingredients that naturally help to maintain a high level of vitamin C by actively improving and prolonging its action and increasing the antioxidant potential. Consuming synthetic vitamin C such as ascorbic acid can cause acidification and quickly oxidizes, losing its antioxidant properties. The addition of ingredients such as citrus bioflavonoids and rosehip extract help reactivate the activity of vitamin C in the body and increase its absorption and effectiveness. Our vitamin C is also a source of easily digestible calcium, which cooperates with vitamin C in immune mechanisms. Vitamin C helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, in protecting cells against oxidative stress and in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones, cartilage, skin and teeth fatigue and tiredness.
