Colostrum Immuna contains pure colostrum of the highest quality from cows grazing on the green pastures of New Zealand. Our colostrum is manufactured using a patented technology that ensures a high content of bioactive peptides (PB), which are the most important ingredient in colostrum that balances the immune system. We then use our proprietary liposomal encapsulation technology to protect the delicate BPs from odorous acids, bile and digestive enzymes so they are delivered intact to the small intestine for absorption.

Colostrum contains at least 35% immunoglobulins and is obtained within 16 hours of the cows calving. Colostrum is processed at low temperatures and tested to ensure the biological activity of the different colostrum immunoglobulin fractions and to prevent their denaturation. Colostrum also contains proline-rich polypeptides (PRPs), a special class of polypeptides that occur naturally in breast milk, containing 35% immunoglobulins.
