Description
Diclofenac Perrigo ® is a medicine in gel form with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties . The drug is indicated for local use on the skin in case of tendon inflammation, joint pain and muscle pain.
Diclofenac Perrigo ® – gel for pain, swelling and inflammation
The active substance of Perrigo ® analgesic gel is diclofenac in a dose of 10 mg/g. Diclofenac belongs to the group of so-called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Due to its water-alcohol base, Diclofenac Perrigo ® also has a calming and cooling effect .
The medication in the form of diclofenac Perrigo ® gel is applied locally to the skin:
- in post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (eg resulting from sprains, strains or bruises),
- with back pain
- in limited soft tissue inflammation (such as tendinitis or tennis elbow),
- in the limited and mild forms of arthritis.
Diclofenac Perrigo ® gel 10 mg/g can be used locally both in adults and in children over 12 years of age. The tube contains 100 g of gel.
