Administration method:
Adults: 2-6 teaspoons per day (8-24 grams). The administration starts with 2 teaspoons of the preparation per day, during the first 3 days of the cure. The dose is then gradually increased, by one teaspoon per day, until a maximum of 6 teaspoons per day is reached. In the case of people with a robust constitution and a high body weight (over 90 kg), the dose can be increased up to a maximum of 8 teaspoons (32 grams) of the preparation per day (if after the first week of treatment there are no 2-3 stools per day) .
Children and young people between 12 and 18 years: 1-3 teaspoons per day (4-12 grams).
The recommended amount is mixed with 250ml (one cup) of water, fruit juice or yogurt and consumed immediately. It is very important that, immediately after each administration, another minimum of 250ml (one cup) of water is consumed. The recommended dose can be consumed in full in the morning (at least 30 minutes before the meal), or it can be divided during the day into two portions: in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before the meal and in the evening, 2 hours after the meal.
To dose the preparation, use the teaspoon inside the bottle (1 teaspoon = approximately 4g of product).
The duration of a course with DetoxiColon is 3 weeks (21 days). To obtain stable effects over time, it is important to repeat it 2-4 times a year (at the change of seasons).
In the case of persistent intestinal problems, as well as when a very good body detoxification is desired, 2-3 successive cures will be carried out, with a 10-day break between them. In the 10-day interval between two successive courses with Detoxicolon, it is recommended to take the product Spirulina and Ganoderma (1 tablet each 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals). Thanks to the supply of minerals and vitamins, the high content of chlorophyll, the effects of increasing cellular oxygenation and stimulating immunity, tablets based on Spirulina and Ganoderma continue the detoxification processes, regenerate the body and help restore the intestinal flora.
In the case of slimming belts, the product is administered in two doses, in the morning and in the evening. Through the process of hydrating the fibers in its composition, Detoxicolon increases its volume in the stomach, generating the feeling of satiety. To increase efficiency, in weight loss programs, it is recommended to avoid eating after 6 p.m. Adhering to the general dietary guidelines mentioned below can prove to be an important aid in rapid weight loss achieved on a healthy and balanced basis without overtaxing the body.

Diet recommendations:
- if you want to achieve maximum efficiency with the Detoxicolon product, it is recommended that, for the entire period of the cures, the diet should be based on approx. 80% on the consumption of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oil seeds (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, etc.) and natural vegetable oils obtained by cold pressing. In addition, it is recommended to avoid the consumption of: sugar, refined sweets, carbonated drinks, meat, fried foods and fats of animal origin, alcohol, coffee and black tea.

Contraindications:
Intestinal obstruction, swallowing difficulties, bowel surgery (under 1 year), serious inflammatory bowel conditions (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, rectocolitis haemorrhagic, acute appendicitis), irritable bowel, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hysterectomy (under 1 year), children under 12 years of age, allergy to any of the product components.

Precautions:
