Instructions for use:

Apply sunscreen generously before spending time in the sun. Small amounts applied considerably reduce the protective performance. Reapply several times to maintain protection, especially when sweating or after swimming and drying off. Avoid intense midday sun. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight, use sunscreens with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25) and protective clothing. Even sunscreens with high protection factors do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Don't stay in the sun for too long, despite using sunscreen.
