RespiChamber autoclavable inhalation chamber, Trudell Medical International

Properties:
- autoclavable inhalation chamber with valve intended for use with metered dose inhalers, to administer medicine with aerosols into the patient's lungs;
- intended use: The RespiChamber HOSPITAL autoclavable inhalation chamber with valve is designed for use on multiple patients in a hospital environment under the supervision of a medical professional;
- the clinical benefit of the chambers is to improve coordination of medication inhalation;
- this is achieved by holding the medicine in the hand, allowing more time for inhalation while larger particles that would not reach the lungs are filtered out.

Way of ussage:
To prepare the inhaler, follow the instructions provided with the inhaler.
1 Remove the cap from the inhaler. Shake the inhaler immediately before use according to the instructions supplied with it.
2 Mouthpiece: Insert the inhaler into the back of the chamber. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and make sure it is properly sealed.
Mask: Attach the mask to the camera. Insert the inhaler into the back of the chamber. Apply the mask to your face and make sure it is sealed properly.
3 Mouthpiece: The patient should inhale slowly and deeply through the mouth until a full breath has been taken, then hold the breath for 5-10 seconds if possible. Alternatively, the patient can hold the mouth tightly closed on the mouthpiece and breathe gently 2-3 times through the chamber after the inhaler is pressed. Mask: Press the inhaler once at the beginning of a slow inhalation. Hold the mask in place while the patient breathes in and out through the chamber for 5-6 breaths.

Notes:
Administer one (1) spray at a time. Follow the instructions provided with the inhaler regarding how long to wait before repeating.
Any serious incident that has occurred in connection with the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority in the Member State.
Warnings:
Do not use with dry powder inhalers or nebulizers. This room was not designed to administer these medications, so you may not get the correct dose.
Failure to follow the instructions may affect the delivery of the medication or cause inhalation problems.
The chamber can be autoclaved up to 20 times. Then it must be replaced.
