Papain is found in the milky juice of papaya fruits and leaves. This plant is grown in tropical and subtropical countries, mainly in South and Central America. The largest amount of papain is found in the milk of unripe fruits, which is why they serve as the main raw material in, among other things, medicinal plants. Like bromelain, papain is also used in the food industry as an ingredient in meat tenderizers and in the brewing industry for clarifying beer.

Daily serving: 1 capsule 2 times a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal. Ingredients: pineapple bromelain 2500 GDU/g, papaya papain 6000 USP/mg; capsule: vegetable (vegetarian) cellulose.
