Description
1 dose (3 g) contains: 2990 mg L-citrulline DL-malate L-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid (conditionally essential) - a micronutrient that the body cannot produce in the required quantity. This happens most often during periods of increased loading, so supplementation in the form of a nutritional supplement is important. You can find citrulline in larger amounts, for example, in watermelon. L-citrulline malate is a synergistic combination of the amino acid L-citrulline and malic acid. Malic acid (malate) is an organic acid found in nature (for example, in apples). L-citrulline is an amino acid from which the body produces L-arginine and L-ornithine.
This composition is very popular among athletes. We recommend L-citrulline malate powder:
- if you do endurance sports, take it before training
- if you are passionate about bodybuilding
- if you do functional training
- if you prefer to prepare your own supplement composition
