A 10 g portion of BCAA Xtra Instant Activlab contains 5 g of BCAA amino acids in optimal proportions of 2:1:1 and 3.5 g of L-Glutamine. BCAA amino acids make up about 35% of the exogenous amino acids that make up muscle protein and almost 50% of the amino acids that must be supplied with food.

Leucine, isoleucine and valine perform a number of different functions in the body.
