Way of ussage:
Use them immediately after birth. Unwrap the individual tampon and remove the foil from the adhesive tape. Position it inside the underwear and push firmly to secure the adhesive part. replace it once every 4 hours or when needed. After 2 weeks, change the product to Ultra Absorbent Postnatal Tampons for week 2+ or when the postpartum bleeding starts to have a slower flow.
