Description
Apap 500 mg for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. Indications for its use include fever (for example, in the case of colds and flu) and pain of various origins - toothache, neck pain, bone and joint pain, headache).
Apap - 500 mg paracetamol in each tablet
Each Apap tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg, a derivative of phenacetin with analgesic and antipyretic properties. The active substance of the drug prevents the formation of prostaglandins in the central nervous system as a result of the inhibition of arachidonic acid cyclooxygenase. Paracetamol has an analgesic effect similar to NSAIDs, but does not cause their typical side effects. Apap has no anti-inflammatory effect.
