Alocutan Forte is a drug in the form of an aerosol, which is intended for use on the skin in the treatment of male pattern baldness. The medicine is applied to the scalp inside the tonsure, covering an area of 3 to 10 cm in men aged 18 to 49 years.
Androgenetic alopecia in men is characterized by receding hairline on the forehead and temples, with the formation of receding hairlines followed by hair loss on the scalp.
Treatment with Alocutan Forte stimulates hair growth and prevents androgenetic alopecia. The therapeutic effect may vary from patient to patient and cannot be predicted.
