Description
Epsom mineral salt with high magnesium and sulfate content. It has a wide range of uses. Ideal for spas for muscle relaxation, stress relief and detoxification. Salt can also be used as an exfoliant. Thyme has a positive effect on the proper functioning of the respiratory system and at the same time excels with its antibacterial properties. Salt can also be used as a full body exfoliation.
Epsom salt bath
Fill the tub with warm water and sprinkle in Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, there is 0.5 cup (1 dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will lead to maximum elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
