My dermatologist sent it to me, and the truth is, I haven't used it long, but I noticed small changes in acne marks that weren't intense.
Super effective. To be honest, its cosmeticity versus texture is not really wonderful, but I understand that it is very complicated to formulate acelaic acid at such high concentrations and make it fluid. Otherwise it is one of my favorite products.
