The meter came without USB cable. No matter how hard I tried to get a result it always looked like error E-1 (!!!!) I repeated the test several times , as per the instructions in the manual but to no avail. I only managed to prick my fingers. In addition, I did not detect the rejection button of the rejection button,. it does not seem to be the same as the trigger . I had to simply pull the lancet by hand. If you set the sting depth two (as you are advised in the manual) the needle doesn't even come out to get the blood drop. I didn't see the control test vial mentioned in the instructions either. Impossible to talk to any of the company representatives , after you are left on the line and a robot tells you to wait you are simply disconnected with no right of appeal. Only 10 tests and 10 lancets. I've already used two of them trying the machine and no results. In short total fiasco. I'd like my money back. Thank you.
