Mode of administration:
we recommend you to take 1 capsule once every 2 days, at the meal, or as recommended by the specialist.
In the case of autoimmune diseases, functional medicine specialists recommend a dose of 2,000 IU/day to 10,000 IU/day of vitamin D3, to correct severe deficiencies in autoimmune diseases.
Important: having a very concentrated dose, these capsules are not recommended for children.
