The mushroom Polyporus umbellatus , or the Polish many-headed mushroom , is a characteristic-looking mushroom that is quite rare in Polish forests and is partially protected. Polyporus mushroom extract dietary supplement contains many important minerals such as zinc, manganese, copper, potassium, sodium, calcium and iron in large amounts. It also contains biotin, which is rich in vitamin B, as well as polysaccharides and ergosterol.

Polyporus umbellatus grows from a stem in the form of dense rosettes. It occurs in the deciduous forests of China, Eastern Europe and North America, where it can grow from dead trunks or "living" roots of birch, maple, beech or oak. The mushroom has a mild taste, is characterized by whitish, fibrous and crumbly flesh, the smell of which resembles the smell of flour. The active ingredients of polyporus include ergosterol, soluble polysaccharide (Gu-I), alpha-hydroxytetracosanoic acid, biotin, proteins, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron) and trace elements (manganese, copper, zinc). The dry raw material contains 8% proteins, 47% ballast substances (fibers), 0.5% carbohydrates and 7% mineral substances (ash).

160 mg potato starch – disintegrating agent

40mg magnesium stearate - anti-caking agent

How to use: 4 tablets a day with plenty of water, preferably half an hour before meals.
