Properties:
The difference between broccoli seeds and Calabrian broccoli seeds is the taste. The sprouts from Calabrian broccoli seeds have a sweeter taste.
In broccoli sprouts we find almost all the antioxidant agents that can be found in plants: vitamins C and E, beta carotene, glutathione, quercitin, sulforaphane, indoles, etc.
Sulforaphane is indicated in tumors and their prevention, according to scientific studies. Broccoli sprouts go very well with salads, wok-cooked vegetables or potatoes. The sweet aroma, similar to that of raw cabbage, will add a touch of freshness and taste to your dishes.
Way of ussage:
Soaking time: 1 night.
Growing time: 4 - 6 days. Recommended germinator: jar germinator or 2-tray germinator, following the instructions provided with the germinator.
It is recommended to consume the sprouted seeds as fresh as possible. If you don't eat them right away, keep them in the fridge for a few days, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
